The Symposium includes presentations of data and theory on a variety of topics relevant to positive adult development. The Society has a particular interest in encouraging research, discussion and presentations on populations that have not been traditionally studied.
Because this Society is dedicated to positive adult development, sessions are organized to foster discussion and interaction among participants as much as possible. This makes the listener, as well as the presenter, more of an active participant and permits both to engage in dialogue on the topics presented.
